Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients

  • Skinless and boneless chicken one and half pound and sliced it into cubes
  • Marinade
  • Six bamboo skewers
  • One piece of minced ginger
  • Salt and cinnamon one tsp each
  • Black pepper, ground red pepper and ground cumin two tsp each Lemon juice
  • two tbsp
  • Plain yogurt one cup
  • Sauce
  • Tomato sauce eight ounces
  • Salt half tsp
  • Garam masala one tsp
  • Paprika and ground cumin one tsp
  • Ground coriander two tsp
  • Minced jalapeno
  • Two minced garlic cloves
  • Butter one tbsp
  • Tomato sauce eight ounces
  • Whipping cream one cup
  • Sliced cilantro one forth of a cup

Directions

  • First things first, take bamboo skewers and soak in water.
  • Then take chicken and thread it on skewers, after that for approximately sixty minutes marinate it.
  • For the preparation of sauce, take butter and heat it over moderate temperature.
  • Then after that, take jalapeno as well as garlic and cook it for a minute or so.
  • After that, take garam masala along with paprika as well as cumin and mix them.
  • Then take coriander and salt and stir them too.
  • Then take tomato sauce and mix in it.
  • After that, simmer it for about fifteen to twenty minutes.
  • Then take cream and mix in it.
  • Let it simmer for about five to six minutes.
  • Then grill the chicken for approximately eight to ten minutes and turn it time to time.
  • Before adding sauce, take it off from the skewers. And let it simmer for
  • additional five to seven minutes.
  • Finally take cilantro and garnish with it.
